HISTORY OF THE HOUSE
The hundreds of years old house has a rich history; it housed the Guardia Civil during the Spanish Civil War. The stable for the mules with the old feeders, reminds us of this. Later, the house belonged to a wealthy family, owners of lots of land, hundreds of olive trees and especially vineyards in the area of Cómpeta. In 1995 the entire building was completely renovated by the current owner. Characteristic of the house are the various levels, the authentic hand-painted floor tiles and the sometimes 50 cm thick walls. Recently the façade was also restored and rebuilt in Andalusian style with beautiful, hardwood doors and solid ironwork.
The cozy house bar with adjoining accommodation and dining space and the spacious, shady patio, divided over two levels, immediately gives a 'home feeling' by the typical Andalusian style, the authentic beamed ceiling with reeds and lime and the terracotta floors.

ROOF APARTMENT IN RUSTIC STYLE
A spacious and very attractive double accommodation, located on the 3rd floor with views over the village and the valley.
Upon entering you are in the spacious kitchen with old floor tiles and complete equipment for tasteful cooking.
From the kitchen, you come through a narrow passage in the small but very attractive sitting room with beautiful window doors and view over the village. For the fresh winter months, in the evening, you can light the fireplace with olive wood. The old beams in the ceiling, the authentic colours and the lighting give extra atmosphere to this apartment
On the other side of the kitchen is the bedroom with double bed. Here again, old beams in the ceiling and authentic, whitewashed stucco! The bedroom is located at the rear of the house. From the bedroom you have access to a private balcony.
The typical Moorish private bathroom with shower / toilet and sink is located directly on the bedroom.
4 PERSONS APARTMENT
The 4-person accommodation is located on the first floor. You enter through the wide, old door and immediately get an Andalusian feeling when you see the green, hand-painted floor tiles and the cozy, warm decor of the living area and the bedroom.
Large window doors to the south let the room bathe in the sunlight. There is a double bed, sofa and dining area. This apartment is equipped with a compact kitchenette. Here you can prepare a breakfast or a simple meal.
The private bathroom has a shower / toilet and sink.
This cozy studio accommodation is located on the third and top floor of the house. The very sunny one-room apartment is decorated in bright colors, with cozy, rustic furniture and south-facing window doors. Here you look out over the village, through the valley in the direction of the coast.
The studio is equipped with a compact kitchenette.
The private bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
