The living room is the central pivot of the house. From here you can go to the dining room, the kitchen, or the guest area with the four bedrooms. One of the rooms was created under the ridge where one can still experience the wooden beams and construction. A second spacious bedroom was equipped with an annex with bunk beds so that families can also come and enjoy. The other two bedrooms are sufficiently spacious, full of daylight and have a private bathroom with walk-in shower. All rooms have large windows with balconies and air conditioning hot and cold. If we go all the way up, you will come to a cozy roof terrace with a seating area and an even higher sun terrace with sun beds. The fantastic roof terrace with its beautiful sea, church tower, mountain and village views is a great place to relax and enjoy the evening sun. There is room for tables, chairs and sun loungers and a large pergola with awning provides shade if required.
Back to the entrance hall with separate guest toilet, you can go to the lowest floor where you will find a technical room, provision room and a separate studio with its own outside entrance.
Cómpeta is a traditional whitewashed Andalusian village, 30 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Costa Del Sol and one hour from Málaga Airport. Throughout the year, the village has visitors who come to enjoy the hiking opportunities in the natural park, the village and the beaches.
