This modern, renovated cortijo is just a 10-minute drive from the popular seaside resort of La Herradura. The house is located on 10,000m² of land where 70 avocado trees are already growing. There are also 20 olive trees and some 60 vines along with a few other fruit trees. A local neighbour maintains this piece of land and also ensures the best price when selling the harvest. Proceeds from the avocados cover the annual maintenance costs on the land and also provide fresh olive oil and avocados for home consumption. There is a 160,000-litre water storage tank which is more than enough to irrigate the producing trees and supply the house with water.
